LORICON INSPECTION SERVICE

Whether you're a home buyer, seller or a current homeowner, we will provide you with a detailed description of a home's condition so you can move forward confidently and with peace of mind. We will inspect the residence, taking high resolution digital images along the way, examining each component for structural soundness, proper function and safety. We will use our thermal imaging camera as needed to identify defects that may not be visible to the human eye.
Our detailed inspection will include the following structures:
We will write your report & have it to you by the next morning. Averaging about 50 pages, your home inspection report will be detailed and comprehensive, outlining the condition of the property we have inspected. At the end of your report will be a summary page. This page is to assist you as to what we find will be the big ticket items or items that pertain to your safety.
Your report will contain information about:
- The components we have inspected
- Our findings – including any defects we have uncovered
- Color images documents the inspection – including infrared overviews, interior, exterior, roof, electrical, appliance, AC/heating, plumbing overviews, etc..
